Hi, I know that will-call tickets can generally be picked up ahead of time at the box office, but I'm unsure about this situation. I ordered two tickets to the Stars show (10/20) from a presale through Arts&Crafts; now that the show is officially on sale, will I be able to pick these up, or does it work differently given the presale wasn't through 9:30? Thanks a lot!

Sounds like you are referring to a "fan club pre-sale." Such tickets are available the day of show, no earlier than one hour prior to doors.
