so who do i have to talk to if i want to try and get a band booked at the 9:30? any info would be appreciated. thanks

You can send us a demo:  815 V St NW Washington DC attn: Lisa.  But you should also play as much as possible around town,  when we have the opportunity to put bands on the bill we generally go to folks who have experience playing out live.
