I just purchased a ticket to Jill Scott. The ticket is being held at will call. Can I pick up the ticket prior to the night of the show? If so how soon could I pick it up if I made my purchase today?

You can pick up your ticket anytime our box office is open as long as you bring your id and confirmation number.
