t'was all but expected, his guilt and sentence was guaranteed (can you imagine if the iraqis decided to snub the americans and not sentence him to death?!?  shrub would have been livid).
 
 what i'm interested in reading tomorrow is european reaction to all this... brits are anti-death sentence, should make for some tension amongst the coalition.
