Title: purchase parking only thru website

So I got my show tickets yesterday when there was no option to buy a parking ticket.  Now, I go to buy a just a parking ticket and the site wants to charge me not only a $2.00 service charge but also $4.00 for either Will Call or USPS Delivery.  Since there's no actual ticket involved why is the site forcing me to choose one of these options?
