Title: gift cards

i ordered a gift card online nearly 2 weeks ago but haven't received it in the post yet? yet when i order tickets online i usually get them in just a few days. do the gift cards typically take longer to mail out or did the post possibly eat my gift card?

You should have gotten it by now.  Call the box office tomorrow and have them track the delivery.  202.265.0930.
