Title: Hi - I'm new here... looking for a good hotel

I'm coming into town for a show in June - want to stay nearby - but maybe close to the monuments and stuff like that - - I have no clue as to how the land lies over there.
 
 Any help appreciated.

Anything downtown should get you close to the monuments.  There aren't any hotels near the club.
