Title: musictoday.com and Interpol tix?

What is the deal with picking up tickets at the box office purchased off of musictoday.com? I have Interpol tickets for Fri nite and can't make the show, but went down there tonight and the box office said they don't release musictoday.com tickets until before the show?

For musictoday tickets you can pick them up anytime on the day of the show.
