Title: Matt Nathanson presale

I bought a ticket for the Matt Nathanson show on 10/18 through his website's presale - via artist arena - way back in the summer.  They said tickets will be available from will call and gave a confirmation number.  However, I've learned that other venues on this tour have not had any record of tickets purchased through this presale.  Is there someone I can email with my confirmation # to make sure there will be a ticket waiting for me for this concert?  Thanks.
