is the get up kids sold out? are cameras allowed?, and how early do lines to get in tend to form? im really trying to get up front for this one.

Lines form at different times.  If you got here by 5:00 you would probably be up front or at least close.  The show is close to being sold out.  Don't know about cameras yet.
