Title: Can I exchange tickets at the window

I purchased two tickets for Zap Mama 11/3 and want to exchange them for another show -- 11/5 and another show. Is this allowed?

We do not exchange tickets through our box office.  However, we do provide an area under this forum titled "ticket x-change" for people, such as yourself, to swap, trade or sell tickets at face value.
