Will Vertical Horizon be headlining this show? or Pat McGee? Also, I see posted on a lot of websites that there are two shows 8/4 and 8/5... is this a private party or will fans be able to attend two shows?

Both bands will be playing full sets on both nights.  Vertical Horizon will be closing on Thursday and Pat McGee on Friday.
