I understand your viewpoint on refunds since the "headliner" is still playing, but a measly $5 back is not gonna make it worth a treck to DC from PA to see Living Colour...you guys should be offering refunds, Public Enemy wasn't part of this show...Public Enemy WAS this show.

It is a $5 reduction for anyone who is still coming to the show.  If you want a full refund contact the agency from which you purchased your ticket.
