How does 9:30 club distribute pre-sale passwords?  I missed out on the Oasis pre-sale, so I want to make sure I do not miss out in the future.

There are two ways.  Via our print newsletter "Volume" which or by e-mail announcements.  You can sign up for our e-mail announcements by sending an e-mail to list_serve@930.com and to subscribe to volume,  send an e-mail to volume@930.com.
