Maybe it's a rule in local real estate that CVS gets first dibs on old movie theaters..... I just saw that the old DuPont 5 theater site is now a CVS! (Well, maybe it's been there for awhile, but I just saw it)
Ahhh, even in Dupont Circle sweet cinematic memories can now emerge while shopping for mundane necessities.

Isn't the old Tower Records also a CVS?
It's sort of like that TV show on what would happen to Earth if there were no people. But here, if culture disappears, CVS encroaches like moss.

There were a few of those shows after his book/I Am Legend came out. The one with Chernobyl was killer...anytime there are creepy baby dolls overgrown with weeds I get all freaked out.
