I saw him at Taste of Chicago for free a couple of years ago (with My Morning Jacket as one of the openers). He played too much solo stuff and not enough of my Kinks favorites. Don't think i'd pay $$ to see him.

Is this show solo acoustic or with full band? I heard Locksley is backing him, but is that forr the full set or just a few songs?

He did play Father Christmas. And there was a guy next to me with white hair and a white beard wearing a red coat. Really. Quite surreal.
