Title: Pearl Jam to re-issue Ten

Pre-orders start today - it's not being released until March 2009.  It's about time they released Unplugged on DVD.  The PJ geek that I am, I'm drooling over the Super Deluxe Edition.

I wore out my VHS copy of the unplugged performance when I was learning to play guitar.  It would be nice to own that, but I doubt I'll go all the way for the super deluxe edition.

how about they reissue a new album that doesn't sound like their last twenty.  or how about yet another live disk, with the same songs in different orders.

How about they release an album where the singer doesn't sound like he's growling out a dump for ten straight songs?

I've always thought that album cover would make a great group Halloween costume. Get 4 friends to dress in torn jeans, flannel, bandanas tied in various places along with long flowing hair. Then at various points during the party you all re-enact the cover, super high-fiving.

one of the main things I love about the "Ten" album is how raw and underproduced it came out. I think that added to keep some of their "live" sound.

I'm sure Samfresh5 will be picking up a copy though ;)
