Title: Scalpers or legit Web businesses?

Are the online ticket sellers such as StubHub, CoastToCoast, TicketTango, etc. legitimate?

Feb. 3 Andrew Bird tickets, which have a face value of $25, are being sold for up to $280. Does the 9:30 Club countenance this resale business, or can it do anything to stop folks from scalping?

We aren't affiliated with them but I don't know if they are really legit or not.  Maybe this is a good question for the general forum as the folks over there might have some salient experience with these organizations.
