Title: Rush Pre-Sale password?

Does anybody have the password for the pre-sale for the show at nissan pavilion?

currently, tickets are only on sale to those who can pay with an Amex.  the password is the 800 number on the back of a gold amex card.  otherwise, use the non-password selection box to pay with a non-gold amex.
 
 if you can't pay with an Amex, you'll have to wait for general onsale.
