I followed their "standard procedure" this morning by filling out the form for accessible seating and waiting for someone to call me back - usually not an issue. They did, finally, call me back - at 12:09, to tell me that the presale was now sold out and I could try my luck on Saturday. The best they could do when I called was say "we're really sorry."
Feh.

So, am I screwed here, or can I be added to the (apparently) growing list of stuff Ticketmaster needs to fix from this morning's presale?

If there was indeed a list of stuff, thanks to whoever got me added - Ticketmaster customer service just called back, and I now have 2 tickets.
