I'm gunning for the opposite career trajectory.  All Johnny Corporate-stylee until 45, when I quit my job and start a hardcore band.

I generally think the legal profession is a huge cop-out of a career...   it is one of the few professions that subtracts from rather than adds to gross domestic productivity... but Lyle's a smart guy and seems to have thought it through.

Santiago Durango is a lawyer post Big Black and did some good work with Touch and Go for instance.
