the RnR hotel uses ticket alternative. i've used them before, they're fine. fees are low so that's good, but i've never dealt with their customer service dept. you get a cool fridge magnet when you order tix (or at least you used to) so it was a good place to keep your stubs until show-day. the constant reminder every morning of your show can really get you amped up :)

i love the magnet

I love the magnet, too, but they send one with EVERY order so now I have seven of them. I'm running out of fridge space.
Now if only Seth would dump tickets.com for a more affordable service...

Why doesn't the club just do all ticketing in-house? Is it much of a hassle?
-
I think seth answered that question before. They are not in the business to sell tickets.
I know venues in San Francisco who have their own ticketing in house and the fees are high...

Ahh...I figured fees might have had something to do with it.

now if black cat would dump the vegan crap they sell as food . . . for all beef chili nachos, chicken wings, sushi, and sandwiches named after lady gaga.
