Title: She fell in love with the drummer

My friend's band is looking for a new drummer.
 
 They are a relatively new orginal DC rock band and are looking for someone in thier age range(20's).
 
 They've been playing out in DC regulary the last 3 months. Their sound varies but its all guitar based rock. Thier influences range from indie/classic rock/folky/punk/post punk/hard rock/blues.

 I'll bet Dave Grohl went home alone far more as a drummer than he did/would as the lead guitarist and singer.

Technically you're answer is moot.  Dave has been a raging celibate for decades.

Aren't there labor laws against being ageist in the workplace?
