Title: Tickets at the Box Office

If I can't make it to the show but am selling my tickets on the ticket exchange, can I leave both tickets under the buyer's name or do I still need to pick up the tickets at will-call?

We can only issue the tickets to the person who purchased them,  no third party orders.
