I bought 2 tickets for the J. Tillman (11/18/09) show & paid to have the tickets mailed. The tickets never showed up at my house & would like to see if it was possible to have my purchase seen as "pick up from the box office" (with my valid ID & printed email receipt from tickets.com & 9:30).
