Title: Parking at the Patriot Center
Post by: Bombay Chutney on February 13, 2010, 12:46:52 pm

Has anyone been to the Patriot Center this week?  How do the parking lots look?   Anyone ever have a problem parking at the shopping center across the street?

Its always worked for me, and it's usually recommended on here.

one would think for a concert . . . they would have cleared the lots pretty good.  i always like taking university to the campus, making a left once you are in to follow the road around and hit the first lot on the left before the patriot.  wow . . . i finally got out of my house and can see a show!  woo hoo!

I just drove through the lot to confirm, and it looks pretty good. There are quite a few spaces covered with big piles of snow, but the majority of the lot is clear.
Plenty of room for the Deadheads school buses!

Thanks everyone.  It turns out that parking was so easy we just parked in the main lot.  No traffic at all going in and we were out of the parking lot in less than 5 minutes after getting to the car after the show.  Go figure.

I had the same experience on all three counts...
No trouble getting in;
Got out faster than I ever have at the Patriot Center, despite the snow/crowd;
Fantastic show. The highlight for me was Ship Of Fools.
I am so glad I went!
