Title: New-ish restaurant near the club?

Well, actually there are a few, but I'm curious about one - at the corner of W and Florida.  A google map search turned up the name Manchester Bar & Grill‎ for the place, but  I can't find out any more info.  Anyone know?

There's also a new wine place on U just around the corner from the club, and it looks like they're renovating the place across 9th/Florida from the club...

pretty soon the club will have to move . . . and turned into a crumbs bakery.
