Title: U Street Music Hall
Post by: Ardamus on June 02, 2010, 02:59:04 pm: I'm probably pretty late on starting a thread about this spot but I wanted to know what you guys thought about this place. From it being other places from before, I'm glad someone snatched that spot up and made it into something that could be around for the long run. Thoughts?

i've only seen one band so far....sweetcell's fave frontwoman.....Nomi from Jessica 6 (and Hercules Love Affair).

This is going to be a good show. Love all 3 bands! And, damn it!, there is no way that I can make it. :(

Post by: lily1 on May 25, 2011, 10:01:33 pm: i'm going to u street music hall for the first time(!) on sunday for the See-I show. it says it starts at 10, but does that mean doors at 10 and See-I at like 11 or midnight? not sure if this place is like red where things really didn't get started until after 2 am or do they close up shop at 2 am because last call is 1.30 am.

On weekends doors are gernerally 10pm unless it's an early show. Fri/Sat last call is 2:30, I believe on Sunday it is 1:30. I've been there on Saturdays til past 4am hahaha not sure when they officially "close"
