Title: parking lot open times for something corporate tonight.

when does the parking lot open?

if you pay $10, do you still need to wait until it's open, or can you come before and still park there?

It opens at 6:00.  You can physically park in the lot prior to 6:00 but it is not our lot until 6:00 so you could  get ticketed and towed from Howard University Police.  For tonight's Something Corporate show the lot is sold out so if you do not already have a ticket for the lot there won't be any available.

so, IF you have a (parking) ticket and you're late... you're still guaranteed that spot? just wondered.

Yes.  If you have already prepaid for parking your spot is guaranteed for the show regardless of how late you show up.
