a friend bought a couple Pavilion seats for Saturdays festival but cannot go. She wants to sell them...for no more than face, but the description says they are "non transferable" does this mean she cannot do that?
I dont have the tickets in front of me...

Unfortunately that's exactly what that means, these tickets cannot be sold or given to anyone else, they must be used by the person who purchased them.
