Title: Dear a-holes who insist on driving to Nats Park
Post by: Thousand Made-Up Loves on May 02, 2011, 01:47:28 pm
See those guys wearing the bright yellow vests who are directing traffic? They don't work for the fucking Nats. They work for DDOT and their jobs are

1) ENSURING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY, i.e. making sure my ass gets from Point A to Point B in one piece, and
2) Directing traffic.

Their job isn't to know what fucking parking lots are where. So don't stop in the middle of South Capitol and M St. and block traffic because you don't know what the fuck you are doing. Don't distract the people directing traffic from doing their jobs because you're too irresponsible to find out where you are going beforehand.

Got a problem with that? One word: METRO.

Now fuck off.

why does TMUL frequently post rants here that don't actually seem to be directed at the readership of the board?
