Title: did anyone here get shpongled?

if you were at last night's show - how was it?

work prevented me from making it to the shpongle show.  i am really really really unhappy about it.  i wanted to go to the show if only to support psychedelic trance/dub/worldbeat/etc, in hopes that we can get more such acts to drop by DC... and i ended up staying at the office until 9 pm then working at home until all hours.   can't wait for this god-forsaken project to be over.  eff.

what? there was even an "extra space for sweetcell" area roped off in the middle!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boy that's just like Sweetcell, making a big fuss over stage left or right or whatever the hell and then fool doesn't even show up. It reminds me of the time I invited him to my wedding and he was all "I don't like fish, is there going to be fish?" and we re-did the entire menu just for him and then he arrived and ended up marrying my wife instead of me and now I'm all alone.

I saw the Coachella gig, it was alot better than I thought it would be. His stage setup is pretty cool.
