Well based on last year, that would be three or four shows worth showing up to for me...glad I didn't waste my money on a ticket.

No money required. Tickets were obtained by clothing or canned food donations.

i wouldve entered if i wouldve gone to the 930 club in December at all, but i was just too busy *sigh*

Same here, i won four cd's last year but i just couldnt find a good show to attend in December.

I think some people just have money to burn, and often go to shows just for the hell of it.
 
    We only went to two shows at 9:30 in 2003, though I'm sure there were probably a half dozen others we would have went to out of curiosity if it were free.

I like to see each band that i recognize at least once in my lifetime, thats why i go to so many shows.

i went to a december show but forgot my fucking canned goods at the door(of my house)!!!!!!  i'll just leave them there and givem that shit next year!!!hope it ages well...  :D

yeah, but Mank, you don't criticize those of who go to more shows than you do.  Rhett does.  He says he "doesn't get it," but he's insinuated several places he thinks we're nuts.  Especially me, AT MY AGE.
