i like how they have the right to come into your room whenever they want for their equipment, but don't want "restaraunt" folk because they might come in after ten.  why can't they store their damn musical equipment in their own rooms.  sounds like bros = obox losers who only think of themselves.  i bet they can't wait for the next dave matthews tour.  shur nuf bro.
