Title: Fort Reno - Roll call
Post by: nkotb on June 30, 2008, 12:27:00 pm
Anyone heading up to the season opener tonight?  I'm listing to some of the bands now on MySpace.  Bellman Barker sounds pretty fun, but haven't moved onto the others yet.  Any suggestions/RIYL's?

 EDIT: Oops...it started last week.

My wife and kids are out of town and I live within walking distance so I'm contemplating checking it out.  Then again, I'm really lazy and it's up against some pretty stiff competition (i.e. The Bachelorette "Men Tell All" episode).

I'm really not a fan of their stuff.  The singing is just poor.  They've got pedigree though.

I tend to form my own opinions regarding music, instead of relying on pitchfork   ;)

It's The Jet Age, Yell County and John Davis' new band.
