I think Arcade Fire and Muse charge a lot more than 150k to play.  If they play huge sports arenas for big bucks they would require more money.

It would be cool to have Matt &  Kim or Andrew Bird as your wedding band.  Santigold would be awesome but 40k is a bit much..

Wow, I wonder how much Feist was getting paid when she did that instore at Tower Records.

Good to see Jimmys Chicken Shack on there.

Good to see Jimmys Chicken Shack on there.

He was the DJ at my sister's wedding a few weeks ago.

Whatever happened to hiring a string quartet? Jimmy's Chicken Shack DJing a wedding makes me weep for America.

No offense to you or your sister personally.

I would offer Arcade Fire like, a dollar and a drink ticket or two a piece.

Because that is what they are worth.

I get it ...you hate bands that are really great.  You probably hate U2 and the Beatles as well.

U2, I am indifferent about although Bono is a bit of a clown.
I like The Beatles.

Isn't this the list they give University concert promoters that have big budgets to buy talent, that seems to surface every once in awhile?
