Title: A Place to Bury Strangers on MTV?
Post by: azaghal1981 on July 02, 2008, 09:37:00 pm
Did  this (http://www.mtv.com/overdrive/?id=1579482&vid=202944) really air on there?

 Very cool piece but still...weird.

that host/interviewer was annoying as f*ck.  lacked flow, used all sorts of cliches, and kept trying to talk over the people she was interviewing.  no need to put words in their mouth, they're doing fine without your help...

otherwise, fun little piece.  who knew that mtv still cared about music, let alone non-major label acts!

fuse is good, but they are starting to play too many movies and some of them have nothing to do with music. as long as they dont continue to take on the bad traits of mtv, they're good.

last week or so, they showed the best of bonnaroo and an hour i think of the cure concert.

And yeah that interviewer not being able to keep her mouth shut was annoying.

I caught their video and saw them shaking hands with one of the Good Charlotte twins on MTV2.  Fucking sell-outs...

Where was the APTBS show confirmed? I don't see it in the last 9:30 email.

Weird to see them on MTV, but pretty cool too.
