Why do you have to bring the middle east into this topic? Don't get all James Ford-y.

My god do I love speckled meats (however, I've been trying to not eat them as much due to cholestorel issues).

Why? It is meat, bread, cheese, and veggies like any other sandwich.
Sorry we cant all frequent places with Italian names to grab our sandwiches.

Seriously? You can't throw a rock in any direction in Virginia without hitting one.

I do anything I can to stay out of Virginia.

Their website claims 645 locations up and down the east coast. By my count, there are 112 in Pennsylvania, and 41 in Maryland.
EDIT: Those state specific numbers are inaccurate. Those are "metro" locations that have multiple locations each. By any count, there are easily 80-100 Wawas in Maryland.

Their store locator said there are two in a 20 mile radius of my home (both in PG county) which I frequent as much as a Virginia.

Also, this thread really shouldn't be about wawa locations, it's about a good sandwich shop and Wawa ain't gonna cut it when comparing Italian subs.

G Street Foods = BOMB
-
I have a Wawa five minutes from me in Anne Arundel. It's the bomb diggity.
Their Italian subs, are delicious.
-
sheetz > wawa
-
Shout out to VN Noodle in my town. Great Vietnamese food and friendly staff. 5 minutes from my house so if I am working from home I can get it and get home in a reasonable amount of time. A+
-
sheetz > wawa
Schmuffins ftw!
-
sheetz > wawa
Sheetz does one heck of a veggie sub, to be honest. I feel the bread is better at Wawa though.
-
I can't eat food from a place called Sheetz

i'm a fan of the pretzel bun option at sheetz. wawa does a good bagel with cucumber and tomato on it tho.

They are all over Richmond and their food SUCKS.

When I think sheetz, I think of only one thing: cheap gas that makes your car fall apart . . . And nacho cheese blow jobs. Ok, two things.
