Title: What's going on around here?

This still a good place for info? Some of the oldies still around (I of course see lots of posts from Julian...)? Just curious. I feel a blast of inspiration with things coming back, having some tickets in my email box.

- Bob Mould will be my first 9:30 Club show -- WOO HOO
- Have tix to both nights of the New Pornographers. That'll be fantastic -- Neko and Bejar will both be there, and they're only hitting six cities.
- And I have kick ass tickets for Snow Patrol at the Lincoln, but that's next Spring.
- In non IMP news, yes of course I was at the Foo Fighters MSG show.

Just checking in - interested to see if this format keeps me poking around here.  Recommend alternatives, and say hi if you know who I am. (Amazingly I am still #11 in terms of posts, so clearly the early 2000s and 2010s were a hey day for the Forum....or there was little else for us to do online to keep up with the DC live music scene.)

My murder has been reported at least twice in these parts.. but beyond that all is well and welcome back

as I remember at least multiple times when Julian detailed bags and their unfortunate and untimely demise

Was my murder related to tampered brakes on my huge white Escalade?!?!?  Hahahahaha. Oh the old days when I made up shit just to piss off Rhett (not sure what he goes by now).
