This article is so dull its authors wouldn't even make the list if it was expanded to the top 100.

"Washingtonian" is a term that is usually applied to residents of the region, rather than inhabitants of the strict political boundaries that define the District.  District citizens are most appropriately referred to as "DCites."

I am sooooooooo tempted to replace the term inside those "quotes" with another word.
