Anyone braving the trip to Nissan to see this show tomorrow. Since Live Nation was kind enough to give out free tickets, I'll be taking the kids tomorrow night. Should be nice for an hour or two before they start to get cranky. And I can leave without having to fight the traffic.

I'd rather stay home and poke my eyeballs.

The bravest part wouldn't be the actual trip...

i think rhett and joe are the same person.
and as for the show? I would go if it were just the crows and if it werent at Nissan.
although, the crows pissed me off at HFS cause of their setlist, which will probably be better at their own show.

Stupid. Why would anyone create 2 accounts, one with 12,900 posts and one with 400+. You're probably right if I had 2 posts to my name.

Sigh. I will admit to going. Fiancee LOVED the Goo Goo Dolls' "Dizzy" album. College buddy is visiting and he LOVES Counting Crows. I enjoyed their second album (can't remember the album name...the song "Monkey" had a Ben Folds reference, which turned me into a BFF devotee).
Any dire warnings/suggestions regarding arrival and departure times?

I might go. Depends. More likely I'll be at the VA Beach show on Monday. The Goo Goo Dolls are amazing live, and the Crows are a lot of fun. It's been years since I've seen either band, and it's too good a pairing to pass up.

Saw the counting crows at hfstival-they couldn't be any worse.

Traffic getting there shouldn't be too bad since it's on Saturday and it's not nearly sold out.
Unless you have VIP Parking, I'd leave at the first encore to ensure you aren't sitting in the parking lot for at least an hour.

I dunno, I've never enjoyed a Counting Crows show. Just don't think they represent themselves well live. I think Eliot Morris is opening too. I'd like to go to see a friend in his traveling bad.
I'd swing by shows at Nissan, there are some good ones. Unfortunately, I avoid that place like the plague. So, I won't be going to this or any other show there.
