I know. I was too busy lusting after my cousin and her ways.

She went with her two aunts, her mom and sister.

Was it well attended? Every time I checked on tickets there were plenty of great seats available.
-
Yes. I'd say the floor and lower level were 75% full. The upper level is a different story, probably only 40% full. Probably around 12,000 people attended.

i went by before show to see if i could get a cheap ticket.. NOT ONE PERSON WAS SELLING EXTRA.. even the sccalpers seemed to be only buying...
probably if i'd waited til startime (8) instead of bailing at 7:45 maybe it would have improved mychances..but it just seemed like a losing proposition
i think george michael priced a lot of his fans out of seeing him.. he'd have made the same money but played to a full arena if he'd been a bit less greedy or should i say stupid..
i've been a fan since 1983 but i wasn't going to pay 400 bucks to be up close..... thats rolling stones money...

There is no way, with the seating as you described, that there were 12,000 people there.

ok math genius, how much then? my friend asked the concessions guy and said they sold 7,500 tickets. I can't believe people paid $250 and even $150 for this show, though...

Did he sing 'wake me up before you go go"?
-

Basic math:
7,500 does not equal 12,000

Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players, and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol and dental insurance. Choose fixed-interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisure wear and matching luggage. Choose a three piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked-up brats you have spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future. Choose life . . . But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life: I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

No he didn't. BUT, he wore a cop uniform for the song "Outside" LOL!!!

So he's in The Village People these days?
No "go go" no "choose life" what kind of George Michael show is that for crying out loud??

Sometimes I think about how the world might have turned out differently if it had worked out between George Michael and that hot model chick he picked up back when he drove a taxi . . . at night . . . wearing aviator sunglasses. If that photographer hadn't complicated things. If their faith in eachother allowed them to be happy . . . and strong. That would have been cool.
