you download a .torrent file which is usually less than 50kb
and you open it with a bit torrent client (bit coment, bit tornado, etc.)
and it download the full album from particular people.
on sites like oink and IT you have to upload as much as you download though.

of course thats a short version of it.

all invites are sent. jason you forgot your e-mail though.
still have a couple of oink ones left. and 14 IT invites left.
