Title: Controversial Opinion: A Ghost Is Born is better than YH
Post by: thirsty moore on September 04, 2006, 12:34:00 pm
They took their "radical departure" on YHF and figured out what the hell they intended to do on Ghost.

Cue story of Rhett photographing Jeff Tweedy and Jay Farrar making out in a barn.

A Ghost is Born would be better with a different sequencing. It just doesn't flow as well as any of their other albums. I have no solution to the problem, though.

They're both great albums, but I usually prefer A Ghost Is Born and listen to it more often and enjoy the AGIB tracks performed live more. I can't really say one album is better than the other, however.
