I kinda like this one: http://www.youhavebadtasteinmusic.com/ (http://www.youhavebadtasteinmusic.com/) Another I saw recently was on a white T with black letters that read simply, I MAKE STUFF UP

I just bought one that had a slogan I used earlier:
Guns Don't Kill People. People with Moustaches Kill People.

The you have bad taste in music shirt has the problem that if you wear it to a concert, what are you saying?

Good point, probably not the best place to wear it.Still,it would be better than wearing a T of the band you're seeing.Nobody wants to be that person.I can think of several watering holes and parties I've been to that it would've been quite appropriate.I find sarcasm to be a nice ice breaker, depending on the company you keep,of course. Some people are so thin skinned these days.

I'm a fan of Threadless (http://www.threadless.com/).
One of my favorites, which I bought as soon as they reprinted it:

Wow. I can't believe I didn't know about that site. Their shirts are awesome.

Graphics guys I work with have been into it for a while. Wired just did an article on them last month so they're "bigger" now.

I like (and have ordered several times from) this site: http://www.objectmerch.com (http://www.objectmerch.com)
I know it's not really a t-shirt slogan site, but they do have cool band t-shirts. :)
Cheers
DJ Medusa.

It begins and ends with "Cool as Fuck" - Inspiral Carpets totally wish I could get me one of those. Remember Neds Atomic Dustbin having some fun slogans as well...
-
Fatima Mansions always had great t-shirts
1. Keep Music Evil - a bunch of bands have these though - not sure who was the original
2. A picture of Mike Scott circa Fishermans Blues with a red line (like a no smoking sign) and the caption "Raggle Taggle, Nein Danke"
-
I think Sound Garden was first with the "Loud as Fuck" shirts from 1990.
Then you have the shirts given to the crew by Sister Hazel, I have a great one that on the back says "Go Away" (great when people are pestering you for the set list while you have a drum riser in your hands). Some of their other shirts are brilliant also.
Then the Frankie Says shirts were classics. I had the "Who Gives a Shit what Frankie Says" shirt.

I love Blur, and still that's probably the best "band" t-shirt I've ever seen. I wore mine to the blur show in 03.
-
Yeah, I have to admit that I do like Blur. Still an awesome shirt
-
Wow, someone took something you said and marketed it? You really should get some kind of cut, no?

I have the Ned's shirt that has just "Are you Normal" on the back.It was the title of their 2nd album.Got it back when the 9:30 was still WUST auditorium.Great show. Lou Reed also had just "Don't be Afraid" on the back of one of his tour shirts.I had many comments on that one in the wake of 9/11/
-
My fave Ned's shirt was "Did You Miss Ned's Atomic Dustbin?" on the front and the back said "Then you FUCKED UP". I still have my Inspirals Cool as Fuck shirt from 1993, I wear it every now and then.
I also loved my Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine shirts. Once upon a time there were a ton of great band shirts...I remember seeing an article in the Face magazine saying that a lot of people would just go to gigs and buy shirts instead of buying records because the bands were making more money that way, so they would only release EPs. Inspiral Carpets, Lush, Ride, a lot of those bands did EPs before LPs.
-
A friend of mine had a Free Willy t-shirt that he'd wear every so often.

i have a great "passion of the christ" t-shirt that's all in spanish, and has some bible quote in spanish on it ... it's pretty funny ...
