Title: Is there a DJ in the house?
Post by: kosmo vinyl on January 29, 2004, 11:10:00 am
Seeing as there are a few other DJs who post on this forum, I was wondering if I could get some pointers on sending out setlists to bands and record companies.  i.e. who do you send them to, do you send them only when you've played that particular artist or label during the set.

If you would rather discuss this offline feel free to either send me a pm or an email.

 thanks

Usually people want to dance to songs everybody knows at a wedding, not what 2% of the crowd knows.

Some of us don't want any dancing at all at our weddings...

We just play the Old 97's, the Jayhawks, and Brendan Benson on a boombox.  :)
