 Su Shu No Fune saturday.
 
 Maybe the 611 show wednesday.

I believe it's Jack Rose & the Black Twig Pickers. Sounds great! I'm planning to be there.
 
 I will also be at CLINIC at the Black Cat on Wednesday.

Yeah you're right.
 I imagine it'll be mostly material from his Dr. Ragtime and Pals disc and some Black Twig Pickers stuff.
 Should be a trip. Fern Knight aren't slouches either.

Next Sunday is Regina Spektor for free in dc, and that night is mc chris at Ottobar.  And of course Saturday night with MSTRKRFT.

I now know why Mr. White was so eager for everyone to hear his new record on vinyl.... Saw it in the store and it's selling for 30 freaking dollars and doesn't include the bonus MP3 download or bonus CD several of the other new vinyl releases I saw    :eek:

I've heard not-so-good things about MSTRKRFT's live show.
 
 
 But then again, hitting on girls who are coked up or strung out on ecstacy could make for good entertainment if that's your thing.

Get Yr hands on their New Years live set, it's non-stop dance shit. It's an assault! I can't effing wait to see them live, while they don't have a lightshow they still drop some heavy heavy tracks.

I'll be in Montreal this weekend. Roller skating of course. And I hope you all do have your calendars marked for June 14 for the next bout   ;)

I almost forgot that this Friday is Taxlo's birthday at Sonar, featuring Dan Deacon and Diplo, for those of you into that sort of thing.  Too bad its the same night as She Wants Revenge, though I saw them at the BC show a while back.

Im really bummed that BYOP & Taxlo are on the same night. Diplo never disappoints.

Jack Rose+Black Twig Pickers is the obvious choice that night anyway.  :)  
 
 BYOP would be fun but SWR make me cringe.
 
 Dan Deacon will be in dc in a couple weeks. And is Diplo still on that Favella Funk trip? That stuff is cool at home in small doses but a whole set of it on a loud soundsystem could get pretty grating.

to make the jack rose show even better, i added glenn jones (cul de sac). and alexander turnquist is awesome, too. this is one of the best weekends i've ever booked.
