thoughts about this DC band? they sound good. anyone seen them live?

i haven't, but i, too, am intrigued.  noticed the feature on dcist yesterday, liked what i heard on their myspace.  if anyone goes to the black cat show tonight, let us know how they are?

They were really good at Ft Reno over the summer.  Kind of like Battles with the use of loops/samples and excellent drumming.

I saw them at Ft. Reno, too (my only Reno show of the summer...sigh).  I thought they were really good.  The double-bill with Caverns should make for a nice show.

pretty good set last night.  i picked up the ep, sounds great.  definitely a bands to keep your eye on.  they look like they're having a good time.  sometimes sounds like battles, maybe a little black eyes too?
