while your system is not as bad as the black cat's. it is still old and sounds boxy. get rid of the eaw cabs and put in the nexo's that garbage and marilyn manson used. it's 2005. you can write it off your taxes.

Seth...sounds like you should hire this guy to re-design the sound system for ya!

Those speakers kicked @ss last night. Best sound quality concert I've been to so far. Let's see if the Erasure concert sounds that good ;)
-
I just ordered some new speakers for my house....should be here next week!
Just felt like sharing.

I want to order speakers.
I also want to lose my 10 inch TV and replace it with something cooler.

appreciate the sound advice

*Seth ponders* hmmmmmmmmm, new sound system for the club to make some anarchist happy, or that new 128' yacht I have my eye on in Monaco.

I really like NEXO Alphass but that is quite an investment. The 850s can sound really good it is in fact the favorite system for the guy who mixes Dream Theater. Boxy is usually a sign of the eq having too much of those low mids. That can be tuned out (I have heard the greatest sound with that system). I just do not want to see a line array in there.

F**k no.
What the club REALLY needs is a trough at the front of the stage and wait staff that serves beer along the front rail. That way I can just continually 'recycle' Guinness into the trough and never lose my spot.
Sweet lord....if they ever did that, I would never have cause to leave the 930. Except when Rob Thomas plays. Ick.

some venues in baltimore set up a separate bar next to the stage. i know that recher does this (for big shows, at least), so i don't have to go far to get my natty-boh.
