for those select few who actually went to the hour long 930 Beastie show - let us have the lowdown, ok - be Honest & chose 1 !
Won Tickets = obviously worth it!
Paid $15 = how much more cheap of a ticket can you get for Beasties; definitely worth it!
Paid $100 = not that steep considering it was a surprise show at the small 9:30
Paid $200 = must be a die-hard
Paid $300 = must be dying soon
Paid $400 = must be Donald Trump
let, us, other die-hard fans, who were at home watching Sponge-Bob, know the specs & details of the Late Humid Surprise BB Show - be creative but honest !

sounds like it was well worth the wait :D

I have press credentials and got to shoot the show, but they moved around a bit too much for my lens and available lighting. After Spin and Vibe (the magazines) get their pick, I'll post the other good ones left.
I do have the give kudos to the club staff keeping it all civil and the like. Potentially rowdy crowd handled like pros. I think Josh was the one who really stared 'em down... he never moved.
I had at least 4 drinks poured on me at separate occassions... I was wetter from alcohol than I was from the rain.

cool - waitin' to see those pics ;)

Riddle me this jedi, why don't lightsabers have wrist-straps?
-
Are you the one who took my set list from me after the show to 'photocopy' it?
It was a fantastic time -- great set (very short which sucked) but so much fun...I give props to the boys for buying us pizza...
and you could always smoke in the club, you just had to go to the back bar to do so...although once the show ended everyone lit up and people were like, what are you doing, it's a no smoking show...even though the boys were well on their way out of DC by then...

Nope... I didn't "photocopy" the set list, I asked the guy nicely at the soundboard to snap his... quicker than waiting upstairs to get one.
The pizza was a nice touch... I counted Dominoes, PapaJohns and at least 1-2 local joints delivering that night...
$15 tickets (or free), and eat yourself $15 worth of pizza = Free Show!
Did anybody hear what Mike D said was written on the shirt given to him?

The t-shirt was actually given to ad rock. it was a scrabble shirt, and had "AD ROCK" spelled out on it in scrabble letters.
